intent on his dinner in this stunning photo: Spain
This picture was entered into the wildlife photographer of
the year in 2009 and won the competition due to its amazing capture. Being a
competition in London’s Natural history museum it was quite astonishing that an
entrant from Spain won over the 8000 other entrants. This picture captures such
an intriguing action shot where a wolf is caught in motion, the image itself is
very captivating and the darkness lures our eyes to the main central point the
wolf. It’s amazing to see a simplistic idea being captured so gracefully in the
image and how wilderness is always full of surprises. Being captured in the
night adds more detail to the wolf and the foreground creates much more of the
creativity as the background circles around the central leap. A lot of detail
can also be seen in the image and how each fine hair is easily spotted by the
sharp eye of the viewer.
